2024 Sale!
Our horse of the week is....
Renwick Park Dancier
Please see Danci's individual page, under Riding Horses, for more photos and information about her.
Due to a multitude of reasons, we are offering a selection of our horses at significantly reduced prices. Over the coming days, I will add individual details about each horse. There are some details about each horse on their page on this website- however, I have not updated this for some time. Other information, photos and videos are on my Facebook page. We know our horses thoroughly and know what type of home they require. Over the coming days, I will attempt to get up to date information about each horse onto this page. We are in no hurry to sell anyone- we love them all but simply do not have the time, money, energy, passion etc to keep up their training. Please note that all horses are currently OUT OF WORK- and their prices will be reflective of this. All individual quirks, problems, needs, strengths etc will be fully discussed/disclosed to any serious, approved homes. We prefer to sell our horses to life-long homes but are open to our horses being trained up and on-sold. We ask that this be disclosed to us during negotiations.
I have added a list of our available horses here with their foal year, breeding, colour and their pre-sale price. Please note that we only have 1 gelding left! That means that nearly all of them are MARES. Some are marey, some are not. ANY SERIOUS OFFER TO AN APPROVED HOME WILL BE SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED. We are prepared to consider offers vastly below the pre-sale price. At this point, the correct home for each horse is more important than money. We want them in the correct home for them, where they will be cherished for the truly wonderful horses they are. At the moment, they are sitting in our paddocks going to waste.
Please note that most of these horses are very green for their age- this is not a reflection on the horse but a reflection on the stage we are up to!
There are many photos of our horses on my Facebook page (Sue Barry). Please do not ask for more photos and videos- what is available is able to be viewed either here or on Facebook. We ask for serious enquiries only and applicants from suitably experienced homes. Most are genuinely very quiet horses but none are suitable for beginners or inexperienced horse-people.
A suitable home will preferably (but not essentially) be a home with proven warmblood experience. Potential owners will need to be able to bring a horse back into work after a spell or be prepared to send the horse to an approved trainer. Our horses are trained to respond to seat and leg (and not reins). If you are heavy-handed or do not have an independent seat then our horses will not suit you.
Finally, if there is a horse of ours that you think would really suit you, please get in contact and make an offer.

Renwick Park Romilly
WHO WOULD SUIT
Rom is a seriously talented mare who has unlimited potential. She would be suitable for dressage, eventing or natural horse-person home. She is quite opinionated and strong-willed so needs someone who is willing to work with her and not against her. She is not a mare who you can force into submission. She may be brilliant for 3 days in a row but then have an off day and question everything. So, she needs someone who, on the bad days, is prepared to just go back to super basics or put her back in the paddock!

Renwick Park Squizante (Squizzy)
WHO WOULD SUIT
Squizzy is very aptly named! She is a sticky beak who likes to be the centre of attention. She is proving to be very quiet under saddle but she is still very green. She would best be suited to a dressage or natural horse-person home though she is certainly pretty enough for the hack ring. Squiz would best be suited to an experienced horseperson who has experience with green warmbloods.

Renwick Park Havarni
WHO WOULD SUIT
Hav is one of my faves and is the temperament I prefer. An absolute sweetheart who is very green for no fault of her own. She is quiet, sensitive, responsive, a quick learner, eager to please. She would suit just about anybody and any discipline.

Renwick Park Dancier
WHO WOULD SUIT
Danci is a very quiet girl but she is sensitive. She requires a very kind rider who will never be heavy handed. Danci requires being ridden through leg and seat. She can be a worrier so needs someone who is able to reassure her that everything is ok. There is no dirt in her and she is super eager to do the right thing. She would be the perfect mount for a capable, kind teenager or a lady wanting to do dressage, trail riding etc. Danci has also done some jumping, which she enjoys, and has been taught to bow.

Renwick Park Grenache
WHO WOULD SUIT
Nash is an absolute sweetheart. Unstarted through no fault of his own. He is quiet but sensitive, eager to please and a quick learner. He would suit just about any experienced person and any discipline.

Renwick Park Delancey
WHO WOULD SUIT
Lancey has the potential to be a quiet horse but she is highly sensitive. She is very intelligent and can be reactionary. She will definitely benefit from a kind, patient person who is willing to put in consistent work with her and not be in a rush. She would be a very pretty little hack or dressage horse. Lancey, as she is very small, would also make an ideal broodmare for breeding warmblood ponies and/or palominos.

Renwick Park Rhapsody
WHO WOULD SUIT
Rhaps is my fave and the most like her dad. I am quite happy to keep her though, if the best home arises, she will be better off without me. Love this girl- she is an absolute pleasure to work with and is not far from being started. She would suit anyone with experience and any discipline. She is turned in on the front right so, if this is likely to bother you, than she is not the horse for you.

Renwick Park Denari
WHO WOULD SUIT
Nari is absolutely stunning! She is a quality mare who unfortunately had a nasty injury to her hoof and heel as a foal. No expense was spared in her recovery- she is sound and has no scar though, from behind, you can see that one bulb of heel is flat. Apparently, there is no reason for her not to be started under saddle- farriers have stated that a shoe can be made for this hoof. We were going to keep Nari as a broodmare for Gron but we are no longer breeding. Nari is IFS by Danciano so would make an ideal broodmare and would be suitable for breeding palominos.
