Vale
My beautiful, beautiful boy
Couldn't believe the news!
I remember the evening you were born.
So excited to see that front sock and emergence of that traingular blaze.
9pm on 16-12-04
You were the most beautiful foal I had ever seen.
And you knew it!!!!
So full of life.....and cheek
Once you finally stood up- that was it, you were not lying down.
Up for hours, wobbling on those brand new legs.
You had arrived and wanted the world to know.
You demanded to be the centre of attention- those pesky brothers of yours could wait for the pats, brushes and kisses!
My 3 perfect black colts! What an introduction to breeding!
You and Grimaldi- always partners in crime. Gron on the outside but ready to assist!
Putting yourself over jumps from birth- a sign of things to come.
You found yourself the perfect, forever home.
Owners who loved you as much as me.
Giv, I will always remember you.
Gone much, much, much too soon.
Picture you running down that hill at Bullio- off to the side, not following the track, jumping the logs, tossing your head and pigrooting.
Loving life.
A larger than life character.
Robbed of the chance to reach your full potential.
Giv (Claude), you were a lucky boy- loved by so many. How many horses have 3 mums and 2 dads (plus extended family) all who adored you?
You were so very, very special.
So glad to have you home.
Love you, my baby.
Til we meet again- rest in peace.

Renwick Park Giverney: 16-12-04 --- 17-07-13
SOLD
Giverney has been sold to the young eventer, Natalie Schultz! We wish Giv and Natalie all the very best for a long and prosperous career. We look forward to hearing and reporting on their many successes.
6yo black gelding with triangular blaze and 3 socks. Centaur Gladiator (Genghis Khan/Grannus11) x Royal Kinski (Kinski/Nijinsky 11). Giverney has been broken in by the master natural horseman Greg Powell. He has been taught to lie down, join up, lunge with tarp etc. He is able to be ridden in both a headstall and bridle. Giverney has a soft snaffle mouth and 3 lovely paces. Since being broken in, he has been ridden by the event rider, Sam Lyle and is soon to go into training with dressage rider, Carolyn Henley. Giverney is a genuinely quiet horse who will excel in the correct hands. He would be best suited to an eventing home as he loves to jump! However, with his knock-out looks, he would be a hit in the dressage ring. Giverney is noticed, and admired, wherever he goes. There are not many horses who look like him! He can currently be viewed at Wilberforce (near Windsor) NSW. POA
